Offer: $50 Electronic Gift Card Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period: This promotion is valid only for qualifying purchases made between December 2025, at 8:00 AM EST and December 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST (the "Promotion Period").

1. Eligibility and E-Gift Card Issuance

1.1. Qualifying Purchase: To be eligible for this promotion, customers must place an order for products totaling Two Hundred U.S. Dollars ($200.00) or more (after discounts are applied), excluding sales tax, shipping fees, and any amounts paid with previously issued gift cards or store credit (the "Qualifying Purchase").

1.2. Reward: Eligible customers will receive one (1) electronic gift card (the "E-Gift Card") with a promotional value of Fifty U.S. Dollars ($50.00).

1.3. Delivery: The E-Gift Card will be delivered to the email address provided in the Qualifying Purchase order within seven (7) business days after the close of the Promotion Period (i.e., after December 1, 2025), provided the Qualifying Purchase remains valid.

2. Order Adjustments and Voidance

2.1. Voidance Condition: If the Qualifying Purchase is subsequently canceled, returned, or modified (e.g., through editing the order, applying discounts that were not part of the initial $200 calculation, or partial returns) resulting in the net purchase total falling below the minimum threshold of $200.00, the issued $50.00 E-Gift Card will automatically be deemed void and unusable.

2.2. Redemption Clawback: If the E-Gift Card has already been redeemed prior to the order modification, the value of the E-Gift Card ($50.00) will be deducted from the corresponding product return or refund amount for the Qualifying Purchase.

3. E-Gift Card Usage Terms

3.1. Redemption: The E-Gift Card is redeemable only for merchandise and services sold by James Alexander Specialty Paints, LLC online or in-store, where applicable.

3.2. No Cash Value: The E-Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

3.3. Non-Refundable: E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

3.4. Expiration: The promotional E-Gift Card is subject to the standard expiration policy of James Alexander Specialty Paints, LLC gift cards, if any, as detailed on the card itself or on the company website.

3.5. Non-Transferable: This promotional offer and the resulting E-Gift Card are non-transferable and may only be used by the customer who placed the Qualifying Purchase.

3.6. Lost or Stolen Cards: James Alexander Specialty Paints, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the E-Gift Card once it has been delivered via email.
