We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

Please review our return, exchange, and cancellation policies below.

Returns

Eligibility: Products eligible for return may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in salable condition, and in their original packaging. 

Eligible Products Include:  

  • Unopened paints
  • Unopened sealers
  • Unopened primers
  • Unopened Densifiers
  • Unopened plasters
  • Unopened accessories

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Hand-painted color cards are final sale and non-returnable.
  • Sample jars are final sale and non-returnable.
  • If the tamper evident sticker has been removed or altered in any way the product is not eligible for return.  We cannot guarantee the product's integrity once opened. 
  • Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return. 

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned products.

Return Process:

  • Contact us at Support@JamesAlexanderPaint.com to initiate a return.
  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package.
  • Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds: Refunds are for the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at Support@JamesAlexanderPaint.com if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Fulfillment: Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment by emailing Support@JamesAlexanderPaint.com.
  • After Fulfillment: Orders cancelled after fulfillment will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Shipped Orders: Shipped orders cannot be cancelled and must be processed as returns according to our return policy.
